Will my colleagues know they're AI?
No. The whole point of Cabinet Portraits is that they don't. Our pipeline is built for accurate, editorial likeness — not the over-smoothed, plastic look that gives AI portraits away.
Will the State Bar or my firm's marketing department flag this as misleading?
No. The portraits are accurate likenesses of you. The technique is just modern, the same way studio retouching has been industry-standard for decades. If your firm wants documentation for marketing-comp, we'll provide a one-page methodology PDF.
Can my firm pay?
Yes. Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record) issues a tax-compliant invoice your A/P team can process directly. Most lawyers expense Cabinet Portraits as a marketing or professional-development line item.
Do you keep my selfies?
Source selfies are deleted within 30 days. You can request immediate deletion at any time at hello@cabinetportraits.com. Final portraits remain in your account until you delete them.
What if I'm in court tomorrow and need them tonight?
Standard turnaround is roughly 10 minutes from upload. Most clients have their final set the same evening they place the order.
Can I request specific scenes?
Yes. You pick from our scene library at upload — desk shot, conference room, outdoor formal, and several more. The Studio Set lets you mix multiple scenes in one shoot.
Are these covered by my malpractice or professional-liability policy?
Cabinet Portraits are personal-likeness portraits, not professional advice or representations of legal work. They sit alongside any other headshot you'd commission and aren't a covered service event.
What if I don't like any of them?
Free reshoot or a full refund within 14 days. Process: open your delivery gallery and click the 14-day refund/reshoot link below the portraits — choose refund or reshoot, write a sentence, submit. Ops responds within 1 business day; refunds clear within 5.
